General rules in few words.

• You will receive top-quality products made primarily from mineral-based and plant-based organic ingredients. Lye, and certain fragrances used in some variants of our products are man-made. Beeswax used in lip balms is bee-made.

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. As a small-scale producer, our soap stock may sell out quickly.

• Non-soap products (creams, scrubs, lip balms) are always freshly made to order. Please allow 1-3 days for production, plus delivery time. If the waiting time exceeds 7 working days, we will notify you.

• Choose your purchases carefully. Due to their nature, creams, scrubs, and lip balms are non-refundable. Only soaps and shampoo bars can be returned, at the discretion of my organic handmade cosmetics.

• Review each product's ingredients thoroughly to avoid potential allergic reactions.

• Consider purchasing a tester single product to ensure the fragrance suits you.

• Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
